Sad part here is the people that queue for petrol say they are supporting the small retailer only there out of self interest the next time when they are a cent a litre dearer than coles express will they go back there. The real issue here is that oil is cheap fine the dollar is weak but it still is a bout relevant to when crude hit 100 us a barrel and our dollar was strong, back then it was big news when petrol got has high as a $1.30 a litre. The oil companies would have hedged against the dollar drop any way. even with ACA paying the difference on top of 99 cents oil companies are still getting the money and screwing us that is the fight that needs to be fought. Only buy from independents even if you have to pay the extra cent or 2 then coles safeway will have to play ball -

Sounds great! How did all those people know which petrol station was going to do this?? I live on the northside of brisbane, but I couldnt find out where it was at. It doesnt tell you on aca website, was it on the radio?? I usually use the woolies dockets, but I would gladly defect.. -

This is fantastic. Now how about doing the same for the other capitals? Not to dicriminate they are in alphabetical order: Adelaide, Alice, canberra, darwin, Hobart, Perth. We are also struggling with the high and inflated cost of petrol by the majors. -
