Ummm... Did any one notice that it was actually a MAKO not a GReat White? They look very similar but GWs have triangular serrated teeth and Makos have those spiny needle type teeth. !!!! -

Aren't these the same guys that were featured on A Current Affair a while ago for illegally targeting and catching Great Whites, which are an endangered and protected species? Shame on you Tropfest judges, for not flagging this unfunny documentry and forwarding it to the proper authorities as they are performing illegal activities and should have been banned from entry, instead you award them 3 place and a pat on the back. Ignorance does appear to be bliss Tropfest. Will someone please blow the whistle on this! -

I am mixed over this. I know the boys in the film highlighted how much these amazing animals deserve to be out there and free. I just hope that this clip doesn't in some idiots minds (and lets face it.. they're out there) glorify what they have done and there's a spate of "shark hunters" trying to do the same! This clip made it look like fun and it might encourage others. Let's remember they do deserve to be here too, and they are endangered! OK, will fall off my soapbox now. MM -
