No one ever mentions the fact that over a million real estated related professionals across the country have not earned a living because of these issues. - Agents, appraisers, home inspectors, title officers, etc. no contracts - no salaries (we cannot collect unemployment) - The figures on unemployment don't reflect any of this. Homes going back to the lenders include those of us in the industry who can't close a contract, and make a commission. I know builders who bought land and built homes, that are letting 3 or more at a time go back to the bank. The true picture is nowhere near what you can imagine. -
