Like Google has headed advertisement business model along open standards involving W3C, marketplace should ask Nokia to scheme long new business model benefits cell phone customer services on open standards. In other words, scale model business needs to figure what software value could be beyond lowering production price of open source development even under government support. Open source means to reasonable price controls, and renewing business model may succeed from viewpoint of mature cell phone vendors on regardless of new and competitive business investment. It's an investment factor of marketplace development which relies on open source players. -

This case study appears to scan investors' open source software which betters assets and intellectual property managements in term of public and enterprise accountability, whereas it makes industrial value of software shrinkable. In my opinion, this administrative event is beyond expectation of mature marketplace and the way to safeguard public and scale model investment beside government. -
