On the Wal-Mart corporate Website are these words: "Our Three Basic Beliefs as per Sam Walton: 1. Respect for the Individual 2. Service to Our Customers 3. Striving for Excellence" I beg to differ that they operate their business by these principles. After repeated (frustrated attempts) to find a phone # or address, I got through to a Customer Service line and explained that I wanted to have an address to where I could send a letter of dissatisfaction. The customer service representative never asked why but gave me a PO Box address in Florida. How in the world will it find its way to the right department? Then the representative asks if there is anything else Wal-Mart could do. Yes, I want to explain my story and make a complaint. That is why I needed the address. "OK, thanks for calling today and being a valued Wal-Mart Customer." AARGGGH! -

FINALLY FOUND A NICNAME NOT TAKEN!! But anyway, I clicked on the story thinking I would find current news about Walmart. WRONG. In the story, the stock is quoted at $49. WMT hasn't been that low for a very long time. I'm very disappointed in MSN. I was misled by the link. It was laid out like something new. -

Long lines, no checkers open. You complain and they whine about no new hires. Price might lure some in, and the convenience of one stop, but if you haven't been to Kmart or Target in awhile, go back, customer service is refreshing. My time is valuable,25 minutes in the express line is not worth the 11 cents I saved on a case of Pepsi. People should stop putting up with this arrogance. They save you a nickel they can treat you any way they want. I stopped going to Walmart earlier this year, when after 20 minutes in line, I pushed my cart to the side and left. Now I don't even look at the sale paper from that store. -

I recently had a HORRIBLE expierence with Walmart behind a $12 fan!! The assistant manager was very rude and obnoxious! I purchased a fan and got it home only to find it was broken into a million pieces! When I went to return it I was redirected to a Walmart 20 miles away from where I lived and that's where the real drama began. I wrote and talked to many people in the Corporate offices and was "compensated" with a $20 gift card which did not cover the gas, toll and time I spent tring to resolve my issue with them! Shop Target, not Walmart!!! -

It is ridiculous to me that people put up with a store like this to save a few pennies! When I compare prices, Walmart beats Target on some items, but only by about 11 cents. It is not worth it to me. The turning point for me was about 1 month ago, when I stopped at my local Walmart for 1 item, the store was a mess, I was tripping over items in the aisles, the employess were walking around aimlessly. I actually watched one employee step over a shirt laying in the aisle and keep moving! The lines were astonishing! Walmart has so many cash registers in the front of the store, but only 3-4 lines open. That night the lines at least 15-20 people long. I stood in the "Express" lane for 45 minutes! In that time, no more registers were opened, instead they closed one. We, as consumers, should wake up and do something to make Walmart take notice. I won't shop there anymore. They can have low prices without having to sacrafice customer service. -

The sound effects in this video were the most distracting thing that I have ever seen in an online presentation. They broke into the words of the speaker and shifted the concentration of the viewer. Such sound effects might be fine in a humorous or light presentation but these speakers were discussing a topic that requires concentration to follow. The content was important. Because of that they were disrespectful of the viewer and the speaker. -
