Wrong about the Sears Kidvantage Club. They will replace worn children's clothing (holes in knees of jeans etc) in the SAME size...they do not replace outgrown clothing. -

Doing this clip outside with trucks rumbling by without being adequately microphoned is rediculous. the audio quality is so horrible, even though i was interested in the topic, i cut the clip short. i can't believe this was actually aired! -

PLEASE don't tell people to ask to get items that don't scan properly for FREE. As a former cashier I got asked this question thousands of times daily, and the answer management gave us was to smile at the customer and politely decline the request. People would actually get mad and curse at us because they expected it to be free. When "experts" like you tell people these things, it's the cashiers that suffer. The management doesn't take the harrassment, WE DO. And you customers and "bargain hunters" can be horribly rude and awful to deal with. Please learn that you are not entitled to everything in life, and that a little patience and manners go a LONG way. -
