I am a 'my rate' user and I really like it and I am one of the last people who wants 'big brother' watching me. It allows me to monitor how I am driving and compare it to other user group averages. It is not like it is tracking where I am going just when and how fast and thereby derives how far and honestly I doubt that any real people look at my info besides myself and that a computer analyzes the info and spits out a number when it come time to reevaluate my rate. I have yet to have my rate readjusted since enrolling but I am sure it will go down. Also seem like it would be a great tool for parents to monitor their teens driving habits. -
