Did you notice how people were jumping up and down over the 'low' interest rates before the bottom fell out ? Those same people had enjoyed the 'extra' money because they thought it was a bargain...at the time. While some of us thought...we weren't going to take a chance and decided to stay where it was SAFE.We took the low fixed rates...that were also a bargain.When we buy houses we all do our homework so when the papers are signed..WE KNOW WHAT WE SIGNED. They also KNEW WHAT THEY SIGNED.GREED did them in..WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PAY FOR 'THEIR' MISTAKES ??? Buying a house is serious business...AND we all know it.You win some and you loose some...it's the same game when our houses make money or loose money when we sell them. -
