While reform of economic infrastructure undertakes governmental tuning, having an assumption that powered money may flow beside oil industry while saving oil productivity under limited oil supply control and channels by 2012. Economics to have another 1 year long speculation in known Phillips curve, beside fact of arisen unemployment ratio and wage. Supposedly forcing short term business schemes governmental business options which would indirectly give more employment opportunities and deflation controls under productivity controls. On the one hand, responses of industrial business performance may raise wage consequently without today's cost leaders despite government expects options of deflation controls. On the other hand, wrong marketing forces may damage where 90's business sectors led lower productivity product prices where labor cost upraises. So that given scheme of governmental business support must be openly domain scoped and readable for broad industrial owners. -
