I am so sad about this situation. We are human beings that have been given a free will, a free choice of how to live our lives.Do we merely follow our feelings , regardless of the consequences, or should we be accountable for how our decisions effect others. How would this mother feel if her eldest daughter started dating her own biological father..and then later had sex and a relationship with him. It is no different. It is not too late....make the decision to be in control of your desires. Live apart , for the sake of your children...turn around and make a new start..Surely the public outcry must say something to you both. As her Father ,be a man, and take responsibility of your part in this and end this relationship...one day we will all stand before God and we will have to give an account of ourselves. what is really really wrong is that they felt the need to tell the world about this messed up situation. what did they gain from that? the children certainly wouldnt have gained anything except weird stares and sarcastic comments at school the next day and probably for the rest of their lives. how hard is it to even go to school with the 'uncool' shoes on, how on earth does a ten year old explain to her classmates that her dad is her granddad and her mum is her sister? and why should she have to? i hope the kids in this family are going to be monitored by pscyhologists for the rest of their lives, becasue i guess they are going to be seriously screwed up by this -

this is ridiculous..how can any society find this acceptable??..the children are victims, they will no doubt be affected by this in the future..this couple are both mentally sick!! they should of never have percieved each other as attractive in the first place, with the full knowledge that they are related! I'd never look at my father in that way!!! I think all the children should be removed from that home and nursed by loving and thoughtful guradians who will protect them from society's physopaths like their parents!! Dont children of today have enough barriers in life to wade through without their mother and grandfather having an affair and producing siblings that are bound to be physically-intellectually disabled or worse ? In schools today we teach child protection openly (with parental consent of course) and children are taught to tell if something happens to them or if they see something that is unsafe or something that will be harmfuto them. No matter how much 'love' is claimed to be involved, can a father -daughter relationship ever be wholesome and guilt free for their children? When & where do they get to display any pride in their parents? How much shame have these children had to experience through no fault of their own because of their mother and granfathers selfishness? How much emotional baggage will they be forced to carry into adulthood. Children have so few choices as it is - I see no mirth here - only sadness, guilt and incestuousness. -

the chance of genetic disease in an inbred family is NOT significantly higher than in other families. inbreeding is very common in some societies in the world usually with no major problems. the idea that it does lead to biological problems is a post-hoc psuedo-scientific justification of a the social taboo. chose to judge these relationships if you feel some psychological need to, but using science to justify your judgement is unfounded. just as i recognise your right to judge, i reserve the right to judge your judgement. ;) -

This story sickens me to say the least, we don't know these people or their REAL circumstances, but, what they have committed in societies eyes, and my own is disgusting... I actually feel for these two people in an obscure way, is there a chemical deficiencies within their own ability to know what is right and what is wrong? Watching this video, made me sick to my stomach. How can Jenny and John make excuses? Wasn't it enough that their first child together died within days from congenital heart disease after birth? It's really repulsive. Why would they come out? I also still cant believe they brang a child into the world. It's awful. She obviously has “daddy issues” from childhood… He has obviously abused the power, the trust as an adult and father figure in her life, and the lack of remorse or conscience towards the subject is very disturbing. Their children are very mature and understanding for their age. I don’t want to imagine the alienation, secrecy and the confusion they would begin to feel during adolescence. The secrecy from their friends or partners. The alienation from other family members. Not to mention sexual confusion. They believe there are no victims in this situation, but the children will pay the price…. I find this whole story repulsive. These two people can do what they like but what about these children??? The two older ones have accepted what is going on as " normal" which is a crime in it's self but what about baby Celest???
