Why do people make such a big deal out of sex. Honestly, it should be something you do for fun or enjoyment. And obviously if its a hard thing to not have sex till your married, maybe its not natural to wait that long. -

I think that in todays society attitudes are changing about sex before marriage. I think that if young people are informed and have information available to them about contraception then they are able to make informed choices about their bodies and relationships. Whatever floats your boat as Tracy Grimshaw says! I agree. -

I am 18 years old and won't have sex before marriage either. I am Roman Catholic and this is my personal choice. It's nice to see others follow this, especially in a society where women are commericalised as sex symbols. Even though women have established equality between men, we've seem to have lost self-respect in relation to sexuality. The women in my family won't have sex before marriage...and i know people who are a lot older than she is and still are waiting. I wish the youth of society would make the right choice about losing their virgnity; it is a sensative issue, and personally, feel that it isn't just a religious choice, it's a choice for yourself. I hope, especailly women of today's society to make the right choice, although I'm totally for them to have sex, if that's what they want...but I wish for them to consider...How specail would it be to wait. -

Why are girls only targetted? It's sexist that girls are the only ones focused on when "no sex before marriage" comes into any discussion?? Wow. It's really admirable and encouraging to see girls living this way. I dont think they're outcasts nor should they be treated as such. Kudos to them for practising such a difficult thing in such a judgemental, sexually-obsessed world. -

I think that the choice these girls have made is admirable. I'm a Christian and have been taught that God designed sex between a man and a woman within marriage. It's no surprise that this is frowned upon in wider society because we live in a highly sexualised world. -

I personally admire this girl so much and I reckon she is a wonderful role model for all girls in this country.I would be so proud of her if she were my daughter.Obviously, this reporter Ben will want his teenager daughter having sex at a early age so that she won't be different than any other girl out there.It is really sad that when a person stands up and want to do something that is moral and upright that they have to be made fun of.Then bringing on the girl who at 15 said sex was a sin and now 4 years later she is having sex and is on the pill.It is just an attempt to make light of the girl who is doing the best and right thing. -

The reporter that interviewed the young pretty blond did a unprofessional job of asking all of the wrong questions and putting her on the spot for wanting to wait until marriage to have sex as if that was a crime or something.He made sex seem like it is the only thing in the world worth living for.The way he questioned this girl and made her seem so weird and unusual for choosing to remain pure until marriage just shows you how immoral most people are in this world. -
