I know that the child doesn't know that what he's doing is unacceptable for someone his age - that's just my argument. His parents allow him to see this sort of dancing and bodily motions on visual forms of media. A child "hip-thrusting" may be fun and funny to him, but for a mature adult to see, it can be cute, but many find it vulgar and lewd to allow a child to do that, and not teach him or her that it's wrong. Fun or not, teach a child what's acceptable. -
