Decent article if you only listen to the audio but if I owned www.indywebuyhomes.com or any of the other legitimate Real Estate Investor ads you included in this piece, I'd be seeking a lawyer for a defamation suit. I have bought and sold dozens of properties with little or no money of my own and have NEVER NEVER NEVER cheated, lied, stolen anything from anyone in any of those deals. My sellers were happy because I enabled them to move on with their lives and in many cases save their credit. The bank was happy not to have another foreclosure on their books and my buyers were happy to get into a house they could afford in a good neighborhood even with less than perfect credit. Even the lead image of the WE BUY HOMES sign is misleading. MOST of these people are legitimate, honest businessmen like me. We do make a variety of offers including extremely low-offers to sellers. They are under no obligation to accept that offer. EVER. -
