SimiusC, We focus most of our discussion at www.officelabs.com/projects/speedlaunch, but the points you raise are valid. First, if Windows works fine for you just the way it is, that is great news! I prefer: 1) to access my core resources without taking my fingers off my keyboard, 2) to use the word in my head to launch a resource, instead of translating that word into a location and then clicking it; and 3) being able to launch multiple resources with one word. Because of my preferences, Speed Launch works for me. Second, as far as the functions we provide, they are just samples...it is up to you to build functions for websites that you use a lot (I use this primarily for internal websites). Those benefits aside, we realize that a lot of people will stick with a graphical interface no matter how much we improve Speed Launch, and that is the beauty of choice...we can both do what we want.
