I think that SJP is a throw back to old hollywood glam. Yes, she is not the perfect, but, people respond to her personality and the characters she is able to potray on film or TV. "Carrie" was an icon that woman responded to...who said what majority of women wanted to say in and glamorized female roles in a way they have not been potrayed in television in a long time. Thank God somone in the media finally has the gall to speak the truth to this woman. I'm no dime myself, but even I would need copious amounts of alcohol to be attracted to SJP...or even listen to her speak for that matter. Another thing I want to say: I am a real woman,41 and had 3 kids, and I am not ugly or think that the celebrities are more beautiful than me. You have to respect yourself, live a healthy life and like yourself and like what you see in your mirror ! I love her because she represents the average woman. In Sex in the City she showed us that makes mistakes, she loves, and can maintain relationships with her friends while juggling her life.
